LucidFlex removes the consistency rule entirely once you are funded, meaning one large winning day will not affect your payout eligibility. LucidPro keeps a 40% funded consistency rule. Daily loss limit is optional on both at purchase. Both use EOD trailing drawdown. For most traders new to Lucid, LucidFlex is the lower-risk starting point.
Payout requests are typically approved within minutes, and funds are usually received within 15 minutes on average, with a stated maximum of 2 business days. Flex, Pro, and Direct use end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown: the MLL trails from the highest end-of-session closing balance rather than real-time P&L. Reaching the current MLL still breaches the account. Positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST.
