Additional information may be collected when you use our Prop Firm Rewards browser extension, as described in section 1.1 below.
In Short: The Prop Firm Rewards extension collects your email and basic order details (such as order ID, account type and size, price and discounts) so we can calculate and credit rewards to your account; it does not collect or store any card or full billing information and we do not sell or share this data for third-party marketing.
When you use the Prop Firm Rewards browser extension (the "Extension"), we process only a limited amount of information that is necessary for the operation of the rewards functionality and for the attribution of qualifying orders to your PropFirm Compare account. We do not receive or store your payment card details (including card number, security code, or full billing information) in connection with your use of the Extension.
When you use the Extension, we collect and store the email address associated with your use of the Services and/or any relevant orders. This email address is used to identify your Prop Firm Rewards profile, to match qualifying orders to your account so that rewards can be calculated and applied, and to communicate with you regarding your rewards and related account activity.
You may also choose to configure one or more dedicated rewards email addresses within the relevant section of our website, for example if you use different email addresses with different prop firms or prefer to separate your rewards communications from your main account email. Where you configure rewards email addresses, we will use those configured addresses for matching orders and communicating with you about your rewards and related account activity.
For the purposes of operating the Prop Firm Rewards functionality, we may collect and process the following information in relation to qualifying orders, together with the email address or addresses described above:
This information is used solely to identify and verify qualifying orders, calculate and attribute rewards to your profile, provide related customer support, and maintain accurate records of rewards activity, in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We do not use this information for profiling, advertising, or other unrelated purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise forward this information to third parties for their own independent marketing or analytics purposes.
For the purposes of the Google Chrome Web Store data disclosure, the Prop Firm Rewards extension is classified as handling "financial and payment information" because it processes limited order-level identifiers and transaction-related details (such as order numbers, advertised prices, amounts paid, and discount information related to your transactions). This classification does not mean that we collect or store your payment card details, and we do not receive your card number, security code, or full billing information.
The rights you have in relation to your personal information, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Notice (including any rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal information, where applicable), also apply to the personal information processed in connection with the Extension.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Consent Mode v2 for website analytics. When you have not consented to analytics cookies, GA4 sends anonymised, cookieless measurement signals that contain no personal data. These signals are used by Google to model aggregate traffic patterns. When you grant analytics consent, GA4 sets cookies to measure your interactions across sessions. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting and Remarketing with Google Analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity records anonymised sessions including clicks, scrolls, and page navigation. No personal data such as passwords, payment information, or form inputs is captured.
When you create an account, we assign a pseudonymous user identifier (UUID) that allows us to recognise your activity across different devices when you are logged in. This identifier is not personally identifiable information and is used solely for analytics purposes.
Analytics data is exported to Google BigQuery for advanced analysis. This data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure and is subject to Google Cloud's data processing terms. We retain BigQuery data for 24 months.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
