Maximum Drawdown
$4,000 maximum drawdown. Trailing. Your maximum drawdown trails up in real-time as your balance increases. Once your balance reaches $155,100, the drawdown locks at $150,100 and no longer trails.

Maximum Contracts
Maximum position size: 10 mini contracts or 100 micro contracts. Progressive scaling applies:
- At $0 profit: 4 minis / 40 micros — $2,500 daily loss limit
- At $2,000 profit: 5 minis / 50 micros — $2,500 daily loss limit
- At $3,000 profit: 7 minis / 70 micros — $2,500 daily loss limit
- At $5,000 profit: 10 minis / 100 micros — $3,000 daily loss limit
- At $10,000 profit: 10 minis / 100 micros — $4,000 daily loss limit
Consistency Rule
50% Consistency Rule. No single trading day's profit may exceed 50% of your total profit.
Minimum Trading Days
No explicit minimum, but the 50% consistency rule means you'll need at least 2 trading days.
Minimum Profitable Days
5 profitable trading days required. A profitable day requires earning at least $50.
Maximum Accounts
Maximum 20 funded accounts per trader.
Inactivity Rule
Account will be closed after 7 consecutive days without placing a trade.
Activation Fee
$79 one-time activation fee to start your funded account.
Resets
No resets available. If you breach, you must purchase a new account.
Trading Rules
- News trading is permitted. You may hold trades through news events.
- Positions must be closed before market close on Friday. Failure to close positions may result in an automatic breach.
- Overnight holding is not permitted. All positions must be closed by end of each trading session (typically 5:00 PM ET for futures).
- Hedging is not permitted. You cannot hold opposite positions (long and short) on the same instrument at the same time.
- Holding mini and micro contracts at the same time is allowed.
- Copy trading is permitted. You may copy trades between your own accounts.
- Automated trading is not permitted. Manual trading only.
