How this review was done
Bought a Day Flex 50K with my own money, no sponsored or gifted account.
Am trading the evaluation on Tradoverse, UProfit's own platform.
Have not taken a payout yet. The payout section covers UProfit's published process and will be updated once I have been paid.
Kane’s Review of UProfit
Kane Simons (TraderKane)
Founder, Prop Firm Compare · bought a Day Flex 50K evaluation, now working through it on Tradoverse
UProfit has been running since 2019, longer than most firms in this space. I bought a Day Flex 50K with my own money, no gifted or sponsored account. I am still working through the evaluation, so this review stops where my experience does. The thing to understand before buying is that all positions must be closed before 4:10 PM ET, and anything still open is closed for you.
What I liked
End of day trailing drawdown
No daily loss limit on Day Flex
Running since 2019
Payout requests are processed within 24 business hours
Up to a 90% profit split
Only 3 profitable days needed per payout
A choice of Tradoverse, UProfit's own platform, or TradingView
Credentials arrived instantly by email
Support was helpful whenever I needed it
What to watch
The evaluation bills monthly, $88 a month for a 50K on current pricing
A 50% consistency rule applies during the evaluation
All positions are closed automatically at 4:10 PM ET, and you cannot hold overnight
A $2,500 profit buffer stays in the account on a 50K and is never withdrawable
Payouts are capped at $1,500 per request on a 50K, with a 40% consistency rule once funded
Each account allows a maximum of 6 payouts, and closes after the sixth
Rise takes a $20 fee from your first approved payout each month
The 50K allows 3 minis
Code LAB does not work with UProfit
My Experience With UProfit
I bought a Day Flex 50K and traded it on Tradoverse, UProfit's own platform. Credentials arrived instantly by email, so I could start trading straight away.
A Day Flex 50K costs $88 a month, against a list price of $147. It asks for $3,000 profit inside a $2,000 end of day trailing drawdown, with a 50% consistency rule and up to 3 contracts. The drawdown stops trailing once it reaches your starting balance.
UProfit sells two versions of its Day plan. Day Soft costs less, $78 a month for a 50K against a list price of $130, but adds a $1,100 daily loss limit. The other rules match: a $3,000 target, a $2,000 drawdown, a 50% consistency rule and up to 3 contracts. Day Flex costs a little more and drops the daily loss limit, so the drawdown is the only hard line you have to respect. Either way, positions must be closed before 4:10 PM ET. The full lineup is on the challenges page.
My Payout Experience
I have not taken a payout from UProfit yet, as I am still in the evaluation. I will update this section once I have been paid.
On a funded 50K, a $2,500 SafetyNet sits on top of your starting balance and is never withdrawable, so only profit above $52,500 can be paid out. Requests are processed within 24 business hours after the 5:00 PM ET close, and are paid through Rise or USDC. Each request needs at least 3 profitable days, which do not have to be in a row, and your best day must be under 40% of total profit. That consistency check resets after every payout, so only new profit counts. Each request is capped at 3% of the account size, $1,500 on a 50K, and you keep up to 90%. Each account allows a maximum of 6 payouts and is closed after the sixth. Rise deducts a $20 fee from the first approved payout each month. If your balance drops before a payout is processed, the request is cancelled. That is UProfit's published policy, not my own experience.
Which Account Would I Choose?
Kane's Pick: Day Flex 50K
This is the account I would choose. End of day drawdown and no daily loss limit keep the rules simple, and $88 a month is a low entry price. The 50% evaluation consistency rule, the 4:10 PM ET close, the $2,500 buffer and the 6 payout limit are the trade.
Day Soft suits traders who want to pay less each month and are comfortable with a daily loss limit. Compare them on the challenges page.
Who I Would Recommend UProfit To
Choose UProfit if you are a day trader who wants end of day drawdown, no daily loss limit and a firm that has been around since 2019. If you prefer a one-time fee instead of monthly billing, compare Lucid Trading.
