Paid Ads Specialist — Careers at Prop Firm Compare
NewWe're looking for someone who can turn ad spend into traders. You'll own paid advertising at Propfirm Compare and scale it profitably across Google, Meta and beyond.
About the Role
Propfirm Compare helps traders find reputable prop trading firms without the noise. We put 20+ futures prop firms side by side, covering funding sizes, drawdown rules, profit splits, payouts and pricing, and we back it with real reviews and an active trader community. Traders trust us because we keep it honest. Now we want to grow faster, and that's where you come in.
Right now we're not running paid at any real scale. You'll own it. That means picking the right channels, building the campaigns, managing the budget, and turning ad spend into traders who actually click through and convert.
Your real skill isn't just launching ads. It's knowing which campaigns are genuinely working and which are quietly burning budget, and being able to scale the winners fast. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to own numbers. We're a lean team and we move fast, so you'll get a real budget, real ownership and very little bureaucracy. Nice to have
- Experience advertising in trading, fintech, gambling or another restricted or regulated niche
- Familiarity with prop trading or the retail trading world, or a genuine interest in picking it up fast
- Experience with affiliate or partner-driven business models, where the goal is profitable traffic, not just leads
- A sense for landing page conversion and basic funnel optimisation
- Experience setting up tracking and analytics (GA4, pixels, server-side tracking)
Compensation
This role is paid as a base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus.
The Eastern Europe (CET/EET) base pay range is $35,000 to $40,000 USD per year. On top of the base, you'll earn a quarterly bonus tied to how profitably you scale our paid channels, measured as the income your campaigns generate against what they cost to run. On-target total compensation is around $52,000 USD per year, with real upside above that for strong performance. Actual base will be based on job-related skills, experience and location. Compensation outside of Eastern Europe may be adjusted based on employee location.
What You'll Do
- Own paid advertising from end to end: strategy, channels, campaigns, budget and reporting
- Run and scale campaigns across the channels that fit us, like Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit and TikTok
- Decide where the budget goes and keep moving it toward whatever is working
- Work with our graphics and content teams to get ad creative that actually performs
- Build and test landing pages and funnels that turn clicks into traders
- Track the numbers that matter: cost per acquisition, click-through rate, ROAS and payback against affiliate revenue
- Run constant tests on creative, audiences and copy, and double down on the winners
- Stay on top of ad platform rules, especially the tight ones around trading and finance
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid advertising, with a track record of scaling spend profitably
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Other channels are a plus
- Genuinely comfortable with numbers. You live in the data and can tell signal from noise
- Experience managing a real budget and being accountable for the return on it
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and automate the repetitive stuff
- A strong collaborator. You'll work closely with graphics and content to get the creative you need
- Self-directed. You can own the channel without being managed step by step
- Fluent written English
- Available during European business hours (CET +/- 2)
