Maximum Drawdown
$1,000 maximum drawdown. End of Day (EOD) Trailing. Your maximum drawdown trails up at the end of each trading day based on your highest end-of-day balance. Intraday fluctuations do not affect the drawdown level. Once your balance reaches $201,000, the drawdown locks at $200,000 and no longer trails.

Maximum position size: 15 mini contracts or 150 micro contracts. Progressive scaling applies:
- At $0 profit: 1 minis / 10 micros
- At $4,000 profit: 2 minis / 20 micros
- At $6,000 profit: 3 minis / 30 micros
- At $8,000 profit: 4 minis / 40 micros
- At $10,000 profit: 5 minis / 50 micros
- At $12,000 profit: 6 minis / 60 micros
- At $14,000 profit: 7 minis / 70 micros
- At $16,000 profit: 8 minis / 80 micros
- At $18,000 profit: 9 minis / 90 micros
- At $20,000 profit: 10 minis / 100 micros
- At $22,000 profit: 11 minis / 110 micros
- At $24,000 profit: 12 minis / 120 micros
- At $26,000 profit: 13 minis / 130 micros
- At $28,000 profit: 14 minis / 140 micros

Consistency Rule
None. There is no consistency rule for your funded account.
Maximum Accounts
Maximum 5 funded accounts per trader.
Inactivity Rule
Account will be closed after 30 consecutive days without placing a trade.

No resets available. If you breach, you must purchase a new account.
Trading Rules
- News trading is permitted. You may hold trades through news events.
- Positions must be closed before market close on Friday. Failure to close positions may result in an automatic breach.
- Overnight holding is not permitted. All positions must be closed by end of each trading session (typically 5:00 PM ET for futures).
- Hedging is not permitted. You cannot hold opposite positions (long and short) on the same instrument at the same time.
- Holding mini and micro contracts at the same time is allowed.
- Copy trading is permitted. You may copy trades between your own accounts.
- Expert advisors (EAs) and automated trading bots are permitted.
