How this review was done
Bought 5 x 150K Lightning accounts with my own money, no sponsored or gifted account.
Traded them funded on Tradovate and withdrew $62,500 across multiple payouts, with the most recent certificate dated 11 September 2026.
Did not run a Tradeify evaluation, so Growth and Select are assessed on the published rules rather than my own trading.
Kane’s Review of Tradeify
Kane Simons (TraderKane)
Founder, Prop Firm Compare · bought, traded funded and withdrew $62,500 from 5 x 150K Lightning accounts
Tradeify is the firm I point traders to when they want end of day drawdown and a funded account without an evaluation. I went straight to funded on Lightning, five 150K accounts bought with my own money, no gifted or sponsored account, and have withdrawn $62,500 from the firm to date. I have not run a Tradeify evaluation, so everything below is about buying a funded account, trading it and getting paid. The rules are clear and nothing is hidden. The one to plan around is the 20% consistency rule, which applies the whole way through on Lightning.
What I liked
End of day trailing drawdown, so a trade going against you during the session does not end the account
$62,500 in payouts received to date, across multiple requests rather than one lucky withdrawal
Lightning skips the evaluation entirely, so you are trading a funded account from day one
90% profit split and up to $750K in funding across the account range
Since 12 September 2025 the consistency rule loosens as you go, 20% on the first payout, 25% on the second and 30% from the third onwards
Credentials arrive almost instantly when you buy during market hours
Three platform options at checkout: Tradovate, WealthCharts and Rithmic/Tradesea
Tradeify Elite moves you onto live capital after three approved payouts, so the funded account is not the end of the road
Payout requests approved in around 24 hours or less, every time, with crypto payment options and 24/7 support
KYC was done once and never came up again on later payouts
The dashboard is easy to work with and updates at the end of the session, between 5PM and 6PM EST
What to watch
One-time payment with no activation fee, so what you pay at checkout is what the account costs you
The first payout is the strictest at 20% consistency, so plan for steady days early rather than one big session
Daily loss limits on every size except 25K: $1,250 on the 50K, $2,500 on the 100K, $3,000 on the 150K
Five accounts maximum, and contract limits are tight at the smaller sizes: one mini on the 25K, four on the 50K, rising to 12 minis on the 150K
Tradeify publishes its own trader statistics: 28.5% of funded participants received a payout, and 3% reached a live funded account
Support replies usually took around 24 hours rather than being instant, so do not count on a same-hour answer mid-session
Rule updates are announced on their social channels, so check the FAQ and help centre before you buy rather than relying on a review being current
My Experience With Tradeify
I bought these with code LAB and traded them on Tradovate. There is no activation fee on Lightning, so the one-time payment at checkout is what the account costs you. Credentials came through almost immediately because I bought during market hours. Buy outside those hours and the account arrives for the next market session instead, so time your purchase if you want to trade the same day.
I took Lightning rather than an evaluation. You pay once, you skip the evaluation entirely, and you are trading a funded account from the first session. For a trader who already knows their process works, that is money well spent. For anyone still learning, it is an expensive way to find out you are not ready.
The rule that shapes how you trade Lightning is the consistency requirement, and it is worth understanding properly because it moves. Your first payout is held to 20%, meaning no single day can carry more than a fifth of your profit. The second payout allows 25% and everything after that allows 30%. Since 12 September 2025 the rule loosens as you go rather than tightening, which is a real improvement for anyone buying now and the opposite of what most firms do.
In practice that makes the first payout the one to plan for. Steady days get you there, one big session works against you, and it gets easier afterwards. Accounts bought before 12 September 2025 stay on a flat 20% for every payout, so check which set applies to yours.
On the 150K accounts I ran, that meant working inside a $5,250 end of day trailing drawdown and a $3,000 daily loss limit, with up to 12 minis or 120 micros available. Running five of them at once is the part worth thinking about before you buy. The size is the same across all five, so a bad session repeated across every account hits five times over. I traded them as one book rather than five separate ideas.
The dashboard is straightforward to use, and because drawdown is end of day it updates once the session closes, usually between 5PM and 6PM EST. Worth knowing if you are checking it mid-session and expecting live numbers. Your drawdown level for the next day is set by where you finished, not by where you were during the day.
Worth knowing that Lightning is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, so an account you hold for months does not keep costing you. Payouts run on a five day frequency and you can hold up to five accounts, with a 5% discount if you buy five at once. Tradeify offers Tradovate, WealthCharts and Rithmic/Tradesea at checkout, so you are not forced onto a platform you do not know. I went with Tradovate. Promos on Lightning accounts typically run between 40% and 50% off, so buying at full price is rarely necessary. I used code LAB. Current pricing and active codes are on the Tradeify discount codes page, and the full lineup is on the challenges page.
My Payout Experience
I have withdrawn $62,500 from Tradeify to date, across multiple payouts rather than a single request, trading five 150K Lightning accounts, with the most recent certificate dated 11 September 2026.
That repeat history is the part I weigh most heavily. One clean payout tells you a firm can process a withdrawal. A lifetime figure built from several tells you the process held up as the amounts grew, which is where firms tend to start adding conditions.
KYC was straightforward, done once with no repeat requests on later payouts. From request to approval took around 24 hours or less every time, and that held as the amounts grew rather than slowing down once the totals got larger. No rules were changed on me between buying the accounts and withdrawing, which is the failure people actually worry about with prop firms.
That is my own record on the accounts I traded, not a promise of what anyone else will see. Payout timing and eligibility depend on your product, your payment method and where you are in the payout cycle when you request. Tradeify's own published figures put the share of funded participants who received a payout at 28.5%, so getting to this stage is the hard part, not the withdrawal itself.
Three approved payouts also qualifies you for Tradeify Elite, which moves you onto live capital rather than keeping you on simulated accounts indefinitely. That matters more than it sounds: most firms have no route off sim at all.
Payout verified — Tradeify lifetime payout certificate, $62,500, 11 September 2026.

Which Account Would I Choose?
Kane's Pick: Lightning
I traded five Lightning 150K accounts and would buy them again. If you already have a process that works, paying once to skip the evaluation is worth it, and the payout record on my own accounts backs that up. I would avoid the 25K, which allows only one mini contract, and the five account bundle saves 5% if you are scaling up anyway.
I have not personally run Tradeify's evaluation paths, so what follows is based on their published rules rather than my own trading. Growth is the quick evaluation route, advertised as passable in a day, with five day payouts. Select takes three days to pass but offers daily payouts and more flexible funded rules, which makes it the one to look at if cash flow matters more to you than starting immediately. Compare all three on the challenges page.
Who I Would Recommend Tradeify To
Choose Tradeify if you want end of day drawdown and a funded account without an evaluation. If you already trade a process that works and would rather skip straight to funded, Lightning is the reason to be here.
One habit worth keeping whichever firm you use: rules do get updated, and Tradeify announces changes on its social channels. Check their FAQ and help centre for the current rules before you buy rather than trusting any review, including this one, to still be accurate months from now.
If you would rather pay once and be done with it, compare Lucid Trading, which uses one-time pricing. If you need to run more accounts at the same time, look at Apex Trader Funding first. My main reason for recommending Tradeify is the payout record on my own account: $62,500 withdrawn across several requests, with no games at any point.
Kane’s Tradeify Review FAQs
Lightning, the instant funding product. Kane traded five 150K Lightning accounts and withdrew from them. It costs more upfront but skips the evaluation entirely. Traders who want a cheaper entry and do not mind an evaluation should compare the Growth and Select paths instead.
End of day drawdown is forgiving of moves against you during the session, which helps newer traders. Lightning is not a beginner product though: it costs more upfront and puts you on a funded account immediately. Beginners are usually better served by the Growth or Select evaluation paths.
On Lightning, the 20% consistency rule applies the whole way through, so steady days matter more than one big one. Every size above 25K has a daily loss limit, and contract limits are tight at the smaller sizes. Rules differ by product, so read the ones for the account you are buying.
Yes. Code LAB is the Prop Firm Compare code, and it is the one Kane used. Discounts on Lightning accounts typically run between 40% and 50% off, so check the Tradeify discount codes page for the current offer before buying.
Traders who want end of day drawdown and a funded account without an evaluation. Lightning suits traders who already have a working process and would rather pay once to start funded. Select suits traders who want daily payouts and can pass a three day evaluation, and anyone aiming at live capital should know Elite opens up after three approved payouts.
The route to live capital through Tradeify Elite after three approved payouts is the thing most firms cannot match, since they keep traders on simulated accounts indefinitely. Lucid Trading is the usual alternative for one-time pricing and faster payouts in my testing, and Apex Trader Funding if running more accounts at once matters to you.
The 20% consistency rule running the whole way through on Lightning, daily loss limits on every size above 25K, and tight contract limits on the smaller accounts. None stopped me withdrawing $62,500 from the firm, but they all reward reading the rules for the product you are actually buying.
Compare Tradeify With Other Firms
Tradeify's Elite Live reward pool and daily payout option are difficult to find elsewhere, but Tradeify vs Lucid is the usual next comparison if you want a one-time-fee Lucid Trading plan. Apex Trader Funding is worth comparing if running more accounts is the priority.
