The help article on the account chart dashboard now says daily reports load between 5 PM and 6 PM ET, where it used to say 4 PM to 5 PM ET. The intro line was also reworded so it no longer says the dashboard updates between 6 PM and midnight ET. Charts can still take until midnight ET to show the reports.
